Project Overview

This project covers the construction of an eight-lane access-controlled expressway forming part of the Vadodara–Mumbai Greenfield Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase II). The Shirzad to Mavan section enhances inter-state connectivity between Gujarat and Maharashtra, facilitating faster freight movement and reducing travel time along the western economic corridor.

Executed on the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), the project integrates advanced design, engineering precision, and large-scale segmental construction to meet NHAI’s highest standards of safety, performance, and durability.

Scope of Work

  1. Segmental Construction:

    • 1,386 Precast Segments

    • 66 Spans Launched

  2. Fabrication & Formwork:

    • Complete design and fabrication of precast segment formwork

    • Controlled casting, curing, and erection operations ensuring superior accuracy and finish

Key Highlights

  • Integral section of the Vadodara–Mumbai Expressway, a key component of India’s national expressway network

  • Executed under the Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase II) to improve high-speed connectivity across western India

  • Utilization of advanced precast segmental technology for efficient execution and quality consistency

  • Collaboration with G R Infraprojects Ltd for comprehensive EPC and HAM-based project delivery

  • Designed to handle high-speed vehicular movement with robust structural integrity

Outcome
