Project Overview

This project involved the construction of an eight-lane access-controlled expressway from Ranni Village to Miyati Village, forming a vital section of the Delhi–Vadodara Greenfield Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Package 24).

 

The work included construction of major and minor bridges, pre-tensioned girders, precast planks and beams, piers, pier caps, and deck slabs, along with full girder erection. Advanced formwork design and fabrication ensured high-quality construction while adhering to strict safety and durability standards.

Key Achievements

  • Construction of 15 major bridges and 14 minor bridges along the corridor

  • Installation of 798 pre-tensioned girders, 10,140 precast planks, and 1,712 precast beams

  • Comprehensive execution of foundations, piers, pier caps, deck slabs, and girder erection

  • Timely completion with adherence to NHAI and EPC quality norms

Outcome

The completed expressway now provides high-speed, safe, and efficient transit across Madhya Pradesh, enhancing regional connectivity and contributing to the national highway modernization initiative.
